Welding specialist

Shipping Policy

We ship our products via New Zealand Couriers. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it is generated. We strive to achieve delivery within 2 business days, however sometimes items may take longer to arrive to you. Rural Delivery will take additional time so please make sure you allow for this when you make your purchase. 

 

In the event that there are issues on our end, we will make contact with you asap to discuss your options. We will happily refund your purchase if the delivery timeframe is unacceptable.

We do not accept responsibility for packages lost or undelivered by couriers.

Returns

Northern Engineering and Welding Supplies will accept returns if products we sell do not suit the advertised purpose. Returns must be in the original packaging, and in unused condition. Returns must be sent back to us with a copy of the original invoice. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion if it is faulty. We will honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind.

Warranty Information

When you purchase from Northern Engineering and Welding Supplies, you can rest assured the product you purchase are fully covered by manufactures warranties. Should an issue arise, get in touch with proof of purchase and we will repair or replace the product as soon as possible.

 

Manufacturers warranties cover Material or Workmanship defects, they do not cover Misuse, Wear and Tear or Operator Error. We will communicate clearly with you during the warranty process.
