Servicing & Repairs
At N.E.W Supplies, we proudly service what we sell. We are Warranty Service Agents for a number of leading brands, including Hikoki and Dewalt powertools, and Xcel Arc welders.

We are have a fully equiped workshop, along with the ability to service and repair all equipment at your workshop or on site anywhere in the Auckland Region.

Sam is an Registered Electrical Service Technician and holds a current Practicing Licence. He is able to repair and service all site and workshop equipment, including compressors, welders, powertools, guillotines, pressbrakes and nailguns.

We do not charge travel for site or workshop work, and our rate is $80 plus GST per hour. We offer a free pickup or drop off service if needed.

Hikoki & Metabo
We are Authorised Warranty Service Agents for Hikoki and Metabo. We stock many common repair parts to enable us to repair your tools as efficiently as possible.

Workshop Equipment Servicing
We are able to come to you and repair or service all of your workshop machines. Sam specialises in diagnosis, and is brilliant at getting older machines running as good as new. We source and supply many parts that are often said to be obsolete.
Dewalt, Stanley & Black & Decker
We are Authorised Warranty Service Agents for all SBD brands including Dewalt, Stanley, Black & Decker. We common repair parts in stock to enable us to repair your tools as efficiently as possible.
Test and Tagging
Sam will come to you to test and tag your powertools and workshop equipment including computers/office equipment. We do not charge travel and pricing begins at $6 plus GST per tag.
Xcel Arc
We are Authorised Service Agents for Xcel Arc. We stock common repair parts to enable us to repair your welder as efficiently as possible. We also have a range of loan tools to help you avoid downtime.
Urgent Service
We are able to offer an urgent service if needed. We can turn tools around in as little as 24 hours if we have the parts in stock. We will diagnose and provide an expected timeframe within 6 hours of receiving the tool. Our Urgent Service has a surcharge of $60 plus GST
